Effective September 4, 2026.
MIND 1.0 keeps reflections on the user’s iPhone. It has no account, backend, cloud sync, advertising, third-party analytics, crash-reporting service, or generative AI service. The developer does not collect data from the app and does not track users.
Reflections, drafts, Moves, evidence, patterns, preferences, and recovery data are stored in protected app storage and excluded from backup.
Optional reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. Previews use generic text and never include a private Move title.
A readable export is created only when the user chooses to share it. The destination then controls its copy; MIND does not receive it. External support services apply their own privacy practices.
Delete all local data removes MIND’s local storage and scheduled reminders. Exports at other destinations must be deleted separately.
MIND 1.0 is not designed for children and is not offered as a Made for Kids app.
If a future version introduces accounts, sync, telemetry, hosted AI, or another off-device service, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version is released.
MIND is published by Evelina Ogorodnic, who is responsible for the handling of data described above. For privacy questions or requests, email evelina.ogorodnic@gmail.com.
